General Policy At Services City Store, we strive for quality. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. All sales are final.
Defective or Damaged Items (Exceptions) Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund.

Evidence: To evaluate the issue, we require clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage along with your proof of purchase.

Refund Process If your refund for a defective item is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If 15 business days have passed since our approval, please contact us at cityqatarservices@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items Certain items are strictly non-refundable even if defective (unless mandated by local consumer protection laws), including:

Exchanges As all sales are final, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item and a refund is approved, you are welcome to place a new order for a replacement.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn/unused, and in its original packaging.
