  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Times

  • We currently ship to Qatar and other selected international destinations.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Due to international sourcing, typical delivery times range from 10 to 20 business days.

  • Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier logistics, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for specific information regarding your country's import regulations.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly through our website or the shipping carrier’s portal.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

  • Services City Store is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
